SOSE Framework Document

This framework document is agreed between South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE) and the Scottish Ministers. It summarises how SOSE and the Scottish Government (SG) will work together and sets out the key roles and responsibilities of:

• SOSE’s Board and Chair;
• SOSE’s Chief Executive and Accountable Officer;
• the Scottish Ministers; and
• the Portfolio Accountable Officer within the SG whose remit includes SOSE.
