SOSE are very excited to be bringing our popular Women’s Leadership Programme to the Scottish Borders this February!
We'll be helping participants develop their leadership skills, including strategic vision, emotional intelligence, innovation, decision-making, change management and building inclusive teams.
Our Women's Leadership Programme is open to female business leaders, owners, founders and those looking to start their entrepreneurial journey. The programme aims to empower, motivate and support female leads.
The Programme will take place in-person on the following dates, from 10.00am to 2.30pm.

This programme was designed with the intention of participants attending each session for the duration of the 6 week block. We want attendees to get the most out of our programmes, so please bare this in mind when signing up for the events.
