South of Scotland Economic Partnership (SOSEP)

The South of Scotland Economic Partnership was established to respond to the economic needs and opportunities of the South of Scotland in advance of the establishment of the new South of Scotland Enterprise agency.

The Partnership, chaired by Professor Russel Griggs OBE, brought together the private, third and further and higher education sectors, as well as the seven key public sector organisations supporting economic development in the South of Scotland.

Business-Led Inclusive Job Growth in the South of Scotland

The Good Economy, working in partnership with the Ethical Finance Hub, were commissioned to undertake a report that considers the needs of the private sector and the role of business in driving inclusive jobs growth in regions. The Business-Led Inclusive Job Growth in the South of Scotland report focuses on highlighting the opportunity for 'good job' creation in the South of Scotland.
